Personal information may be collected for the purposes of conducting marketing
research. Personal information may be collected for selecting respondents for
marketing research, as data relevant to the subject of a marketing research
project, as necessary to communicate with respondents, and for other relevant
purposes.
The personal
information that is collected is limited to the minimal level that is
reasonable to meet the needs of the relevant marketing research project.
Personal information is collected with the explicit consent of the respondent.
2.Usage and
disclosure of information
Personal information may be disclosed to sub-contractors or support functions
as necessary to fulfill specific purposes of the relevant marketing research project. Personal information may be disclosed to
third parties directly related to the relevant marketing research project (such
as study sponsors, compliance functions, etc.) only with the explicit consent
of respondents.
3. Protection of
personal information
Personal information is handled strictly according to relevant laws and
guidelines of relevant industry bodies. Personal information is stored in a
secure location with limited access. Personal information is transmitted in a
form that is encrypted, so that only specified individuals may access the
information.
Personal information is thoroughly deleted from all records within a
reasonable time after the completion of the relevant marketing research
project. When personal information has been disclosed to a sub-contractor or
third-party, the deletion from those records is also confirmed.
4. Access to
personal information
Respondents may request a report on the personal information that is on record.
Respondents may request that changes or deletions are made to recorded personal
information.
5. Policy updates
The privacy policy may be updated occasionally to address regulatory and
technical issues and to meet the needs of relevant organizations and
individuals.
